All content available on the velorunai website—including but not limited to product photography, brand names, logos, descriptions, graphics, packaging, headwear styling imagery, and website content—is owned by or licensed to velorunai and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

  • We Welcome: You may share photos of your velorunai hats on social media and tag us. We love seeing how you make each style your own.
  • We Prohibit: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially resell, or use our images, designs, logos, or text to impersonate velorunai or create misleading listings without our prior written permission.

2. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions and high-quality photography representing the colors, materials, shapes, sizing details, fits, features, and other characteristics of our hats and headwear accessories.

  • Minor Variations: Actual colors, textures, and finishes may appear slightly different because of lighting, screen settings, device displays, and normal production variations. The appearance and fit of a hat may also vary depending on head size, head shape, hairstyle, adjustment, and how the product is worn.
  • Right to Correct: We reserve the right to correct errors in prices, product details, promotions, or availability and to update information without prior notice. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation and a full refund when necessary.

A future price change will not affect a valid order that has already been accepted and paid, except where correction is required because of an obvious pricing or listing error.
  • Order Acceptance: An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for reasons such as product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment authorization issues, or an obvious listing error. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
  • Secure Payments: Payments are processed through third-party payment providers using appropriate security measures. velorunai does not directly store your complete payment-card details on its own servers.
  • Taxes and Charges: Any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other charges will be displayed during checkout where required.

6. Product Use & Limitation of Liability

  • Intended Use: velorunai hats and headwear accessories are intended to be worn and used as described on the applicable product page. Please follow all sizing, adjustment, use, care, cleaning, and storage instructions provided with the product.
  • Fit & Comfort: Review the available size, fit, material, and care information before use. Discontinue use if a product causes persistent irritation, discomfort, or another adverse reaction.
  • Not Protective Equipment: Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, our hats and headwear accessories are fashion products and are not certified helmets, personal protective equipment, or safety equipment.
  • Improper Use: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, velorunai is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, improper cleaning or storage, third-party accessories, or failure to follow product instructions.

As Sichuan Xingyun Video Technology Co., Ltd. is registered and operates from Zigong, Sichuan, China, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or transactions conducted through velorunai.com shall, where permitted by applicable law, be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Zigong, Sichuan, China.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable, good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute through direct communication.

Nothing in this section shall deprive consumers of any mandatory rights, remedies, or protections available under applicable consumer-protection laws in their country or region of residence where such rights cannot legally be waived or restricted.
